In this session your child will learn all about the 5 food groups and the importance of "5 a day" with fun games and activities in-between cooking a beautiful 2 course meal to take home or eat while you cook 😋

These sessions are fully inclusive and accessible for all. The sessions will be tailored to each individual child. Please let us know if there is any adapted equipment that your child might need to be able to access the session.
