Athletics / obstacle course
Using athletics equipment in a fun and flexible way – not for competitive games, but to explore movement, coordination, and play. Children will have the chance to enjoy activities using indoor javelins, shot putts to throw, jumping mat and hurdles and running games all at their own pace, building confidence and motor skills through play.
There will also be a variety of sensory-friendly equipment available, such as bean bags, skittles, and soft, squishy toys, allowing children to choose what they feel most comfortable with.
