SEND AAASports - Gymnastics

There will be three coaches at the session offering advice and guidance. Children are also welcome to enjoy unstructured free play.

Children can use a range of equipment such as balance beams, trampolines, etc and toys and gymnastic equipment within the floor area.

AAA Sports Disability Gymnastics Classes are designed to provide a fun and supportive environment for individuals with disabilities to participate in the sport of gymnastics. Their experienced coaches are trained to adapt and modify activities to meet the needs and abilities of each participant.

In the disability gymnastics classes, participants will have the opportunity to work on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through a variety of gymnastics activities and equipment. They offer classes for a range of ages and ability levels, so there is something for everyone.

If your child has Down's Syndrome, please contact us before booking as you will need to complete and have signed by a health professional, a form related to Atlanto Axial Instability before your child can participate to ensure that are safe.
