Carer Yin Yoga with sound bath

We are thrilled to invite you to an incredible journey of Yin Yoga with sound! 

During your Yin practice, you’ll be gently guided through a series of long-held, floor-based postures crafted to melt away tension, calm your mind, and restore balance. All the while, you'll be enveloped in an immersive sound bath experience that will help your mind and body relax on a profound level. 

No previous yoga or sound experience is necessary; simply bring along a blanket and pillow. Dress in warm, comfy layers, and come with an open heart ready to pause and reset.
