Yoga Story - A Jungle Adventure 🌿✈️
Join us for a fun and inclusive yoga & mindfulness session designed especially for children. Travel on an exciting journey to the Costa Rican jungle, meeting incredible animals and learning fun yoga poses along the way. Through movement, storytelling, and play, children will build strength, flexibility, confidence, and focus while having fun in a supportive and welcoming environment 🌈
What to expect:
* Calming breathing activities and a gentle warm-up
* An interactive yoga story all about a journey through the jungle; discovering exciting yoga poses along the way
* Relaxation time and bubbles to finish
